ICIARE2013 : Dalian Univ of Tech, December 2-5
Welcome to ICIARE2013
On behalf of the ICIARE2013 Committee, we are delighted to invite you to ICIARE2013, which will be held in Dalian, China during December 2th-5th, 2013. The aim objective of ICIARE is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academics as well as college students from all over the world to present their results and activities in application researches and innovative educations. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
Related fields and topics
Any topic related to innovative application research and education fields is welcome. Since the academics and experts are from different fields with different background knowledge, we expect that the participants will present their research or education results in such a way: explaining the research background and idea in detail; easy-understanding explanation on the theory and results; pointing out the unresolved issues to provide the possibilities for other researches working together.
Submission
Abstract: One-page abstract in pdf should be sent to xysong@mail.dlut.edu.cn (Mr. X. Song, the conference secretariat) before October 25th, 2013. It should contain the title of the presentation, full names and addresses of the authors, objectives of the study, employed methods, and the most significant results.
Conference Paper: The conference paper for the Proceedings of ICIARE should be 2-4 pages and should be sent to xysong@mail.dlut.edu.cn (Mr. X. Song, the conference secretariat)before November 20th, 2013.
Journal Paper: If you like to contribute your conference paper also to International Journal of Engineering Innovation and Management (ISSN 2185-5544). You are welcome to submit the full paper with length more than 6 pages on site during the conference for further review.

Regular participant: US$ 300 or 2000 RMB
Student: US$ 150 or 1000 RMB
Ext. Banquet fee: US$ 30 or 200 RMB
(Registration fee includes proceedings and banquet)
Accommodation and Venue
The conference place, Convention Center at Dalian University of Technology, can provide accommodation. The participant who needs us to reserve the hotel room pleases state in registration form. Detailed information on accommodation reservation will be available in the registration form.
Dalian is a very popular destination among Chinese tourists and foreign visitors. The impression Dalian gives to the world is of a city of lawns, squares, fountains and gardens. Numerous bathing places and beaches in the city are popular venues for the locals to relax from everyday work and stress. Located to the southwest of Dalian is Lushun, the former military and strategic port colonized by Russia. Today it is a place with museums and historical sites for tourists to learn the history of the city.
The conference will be held in the Convention Center of Dalian University of Technology which is located at the southwest of the city center and about 13 km from Dalian international airport or Dalian railway station.
